Mr. Jateen C. Doshi, FCA, born in 1963, is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over three decades of experience in finance, capital structuring, and strategic advisory. He commenced his professional career in 1987 with a private CA practice in Rajkot and played a pivotal role during the formation phase of the Saurashtra Stock Exchange, advising a significant proportion of market participants on regulatory and operational readiness. He also served as the first advisor to the first limited company in Rajkot to issue shares to the public, marking an early contribution to the region’s capital market development. He was further empanelled with IDBI Bank as an approved Project Consultant, the only such professional from the region at that time. In 2000, he surrendered his Certificate of Practice and thereafter transitioned into full-time business leadership and active involvement in consultancy and advisory engagements, focusing exclusively on commercial and strategic assignments.
Following his professional practice, Mr. Doshi transitioned into project development and construction advisory, successfully executing multiple commercial and land development projects between 1996 and 2004. One of these projects was recognised as “Project of the Year” by ACC in 1997–98, reflecting his capability in project structuring, execution, and financial oversight.
Since 2004, Mr. Doshi has been actively engaged in international finance and cross-border advisory, supporting Indian and international enterprises in capital mobilisation, foreign funding structures, and international banking transactions, in alignment with applicable RBI regulations and foreign exchange frameworks. His practice within the Finance Vertical is focused on investment structuring, feasibility assessment, risk mitigation, and long-term value creation, delivering institutionally aligned financial advisory to corporate and project stakeholders.

Mr. Yakshay Doshi serves as the Director – International Accounting at Kaveen Consultants Pvt. Ltd., India, leading the firm’s offshore delivery of U.S.-focused accounting, payroll, and taxation outsourcing services. He is responsible for service delivery governance, operational management, client coordination, process control client relationship management, and operational scalability for international accounting engagements.
Yakshay brings over five years of hands-on professional experience in international accounting and taxation, developed under the direct guidance and supervision of U.S.-based Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). This experience has provided him with practical exposure to U.S. accounting standards, payroll compliance, tax preparation workflows, and quality control processes.
The International Accounting vertical operates under a CPA-led oversight framework, with supervision from a California-based CPA with over 25 years of experience in U.S. accounting and taxation, supported by monitoring from the firm’s Director – Finance (Chartered Accountant). Kaveen Consultants also maintains an on-ground CPA presence in California, enabling jurisdiction-aligned client interaction and regulatory familiarity.
Under Yakshay's leadership, the team comprises trained professionals proficient in UltraTax, TurboTax, Drake Software, and QuickBooks, delivering accounting services through secure, client-specific engagement models. Services may be deployed via in-office, work-from-home, or hybrid delivery structures, aligned with client preferences and data-security protocols.
With teams operating across multiple time zones, the International Accounting vertical provides extended service coverage, ensuring responsiveness and continuity for U.S. clients. The firm currently services engagements in the United States and is expanding its international accounting operations to Australia and the United Kingdom.

Mr. Venkat Doshi is the Director – Project Management & Engineering at Kaveen Consultants Pvt. Ltd., overseeing construction engineering, facilities management, and service operations advisory. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology and a Master’s degree in Management Studies (Urban Management) from from CEPT University, Ahmedabad, a premier institution for construction, planning, and urban systems. His academic training provides a strong foundation in project planning, service design, operational optimisation, and stakeholder-centric management. In addition to professional practice, he has contributed to academia by teaching selected subjects at CEPT University and has supported institutional initiatives, including the development of the “Bridge the Gap 3” website for CEPT University.
Since 2019, he has worked across residential developments, highways, warehouses, and metro infrastructure, including assignments involving government and public-sector authorities. His experience includes preparation of complete tender documentation for Rajkot Municipal Corporation covering approximately 120,000 square feet demonstrating capability in public procurement and compliance-driven project documentation.

She drives business development, client engagement, and strategic growth across the region, leveraging her strong professional network.
