The Employer of Record (EOR) model enables international organizations to establish a structured workforce in India without setting up a local entity or managing local employment compliance requirements.

Under this framework, Kaveen Consultants acts as the official employer of the personnel in India, managing the administrative and compliance responsibilities associated with employment, including payroll processing, employment documentation, and statutory obligations. The employee works directly with the overseas client on operational matters while remaining on Kaveen’s payroll structure for legal and administrative purposes.

In this arrangement, the client recruits the employee, negotiates the payout and employment terms directly between with the employee, while Kaveen Consultants administers the employment locally. This allows international companies to hire skilled professionals in India quickly while maintaining full operational control of their team.
The EOR model is commonly used by global companies that wish to build a small operational team to utilize the benefits of Indian talents at competitive costs without the complex process of immigration without committing to the time and cost involved in establishing a subsidiary or branch office.
SCOPE OF WORK:

Acting as the legal employer of record for employees working in India on behalf of the client

Handling employee onboarding and exit documentation

Preparation and execution of employment agreements and related documentation

Payroll processing and salary disbursement based on compensation agreed between the client and the employee

Administration of statutory deductions, tax compliance, and employment-related regulatory requirements

Maintenance of employee records and HR documentation

Sourcing and arranging workstation setup for employees (including furniture, computer systems, and related equipment) at actual cost depending on the client’s operational requirements
