PERFORMANCE-LED FACILITY STRATEGY

Facility Performance Strategy is a pre-construction advisory service designed to support builders, developers, and project owners by reviewing project layouts and planning drawings from an operational and functional standpoint. The focus is on ensuring that facilities are practical, efficient, and easy to operate after completion, while remaining aligned with site conditions, local regulations, and end-user requirements.


The recommendations are intended for client and consultant consideration and may be incorporated by the appointed architects and engineers as part of the design process. The service enhances overall project performance and operational readiness while maintaining a clear advisory role, without assuming responsibility for design decisions or execution.​​

Through systematic review of architectural and coordination drawings, we provide advisory inputs related to parking and traffic movement, internal circulation, wayfinding and signage, waste management planning, space utilization, service access, and safety considerations. These inputs help identify potential operational challenges at an early stage and support informed decision-making during design development.​

Client Advisory & Coordination Support

  • Coordination with Architects, Structural, MEPF, and other consultants for clarification of advisory inputs (on behalf of client if requested and in presence of the client)

ENHANCING VALUE FROM EXISTING FACILITIES

The above services may also be utilised as part of a Built Asset Performance Review for existing buildings, educational campuses, townships, housing societies, and other completed developments. Through structured reviews of operational facilities, advisory inputs are provided to assess circulation, space utilisation, utilities performance, wayfinding, safety, and maintainability. These reviews help asset owners, institutions, and resident associations identify opportunities to reduce operating costs, improve resource efficiency, optimise space usage, and enhance overall performance. In certain cases, the recommendations may also support better utilisation of underused areas, improved commercial planning, or operational efficiencies that can contribute to additional revenue generation, while ensuring uninterrupted day-to-day operations.​
