The Offshore Employee Management model enables international organizations to establish a fully managed offshore team in India that functions as a seamless extension of their global operations.


Under this structure, Kaveen Consultants identifies and recruits employees based on the client’s specific operational requirements, skill sets, and business processes. Once selected, the employees are hired and managed under Kaveen Consultants’ organizational framework, allowing the client to focus entirely on operational outcomes while we handle all employment and administrative responsibilities.

Unlike traditional hiring models, the client does not need to negotiate employee salaries or manage employment contracts. Instead, the engagement is structured through hourly charges, providing a predictable cost structure while enabling Kaveen Consultants to manage compensation, HR administration, and workforce management internally.


Where required, employees can also be trained and aligned with the client’s operational processes, ensuring that the offshore team works efficiently as a dedicated India operations support unit. This approach allows international companies to rapidly build operational capacity while leveraging India’s skilled workforce and cost advantages.

SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Understanding the client’s work profile, operational requirements, and skill needs

  • Sourcing and recruiting professionals based on the client’s specified criteria

  • Conducting screening and selection processes to identify suitable candidates

  • Hiring employees under Kaveen Consultants’ organizational structure

  • Managing HR administration, workforce management, and employee supervision

  • Structuring engagement through hourly service rates charges

  • Providing training and process alignment where required

  • Supporting the creation of a dedicated offshore operations team for the client

  • Sourcing and arranging workstation setup for employees (including furniture, computer systems, and related equipment) at actual cost depending on the client’s operational requirements

  • Office Space or Dedicated Office Space for the client’s employees in India

  • Access to Meeting Space / Conference Facilities

  • Provision of Server Infrastructure and IT Support Environment

  • Access to Security Camera Monitoring for operational transparency

  • Attendance and Time Tracking Systems for workforce management
